Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases at aiter8.com. The seller is identified above and at checkout. Our products are dental instruments, components and kits for professional use. Select the exact model and check its connection and included parts before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices and payment are in US dollars. Checkout shows the products, quantities, delivery charge and total before you continue to PayPal. Import duties, taxes and related import charges are not included; the buyer pays them when assessed on import. Do not send card details or PayPal passwords to us.

Delivery

The country selector lists worldwide countries and areas except the US and its territories. Shipping to Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam costs US$18 per item and is estimated within 7 business days. Shipping rates and delivery estimates for other destinations are not confirmed yet. Online payment is available only when the selected country has a confirmed shipping rate shown at checkout. This is an estimate; customs clearance and local delivery conditions can affect arrival. Your PayPal shipping address must match the delivery country selected at checkout. We validate the shipping country and order total before capturing payment.

Order confirmation

After PayPal approval, return to the store for payment confirmation. An order is recorded as paid only after the payment is verified. Keep your order reference and PayPal receipt. If the store says the payment is pending, contact support before paying again. A cart or an unpaid PayPal order is not a paid order.

Package and compatibility

The standard package contains outer packaging, the ordered product, instructions for use and a packing slip. An additional quick coupler is not confirmed as part of the standard handpiece package. Ask us to verify any required connection or accessory before ordering. Compatibility descriptions do not imply brand endorsement.

Warranty, returns and exchanges

Warranty lasts 3 months from delivery. Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Used products are eligible only for quality problems. We cover shipping for eligible returns and exchanges. Email support with your order reference, model and reason; wait for return instructions before sending anything back. See the customer care policy for the process. Mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected.

If a model, shipping address or order amount needs correction, contact us promptly at [email protected]. Please include the order reference. We will confirm the next step with you; do not submit a duplicate payment while an existing payment is being checked.
