Shipping & import charges
Southeast Asia delivery is US$18 per item. Delivery is estimated within 7 business days; customs clearance and local delivery conditions can change the arrival date. Import duties, taxes and related charges are paid by the buyer when assessed on import. The country selector lists worldwide destinations except the US and its territories. Rates outside Southeast Asia are pending; payment is available only after a shipping rate is confirmed and shown in the total.
Standard package
Outer packaging, the ordered product, instructions for use and a packing slip. A quick coupler is not confirmed as part of the standard package. Please check the exact model and connection with us before ordering if you need a coupler.
7-day requests
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. If a product has been used, returns or exchanges are accepted only for a quality problem. Tell us the order reference, model and reason; photographs or a short video can help us assess a quality claim. We cover shipping for eligible returns and exchanges and will send return instructions by email. Do not ship an item back before receiving those instructions.
3-month warranty
The products carry a 3-month warranty from delivery. Contact [email protected] with the order reference, model and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and confirm the next step. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
