Privacy notice
This notice describes the information used to operate the AITER Dental store and process orders. Contact the seller above at [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
Information used
Your cart is stored in your browser's local storage and contains product codes and quantities. When you start checkout, we record the order reference, products, quantities, currency, delivery country, price, shipping charge and acceptance of the current sale terms. After payment, we receive the PayPal transaction identifiers, buyer email and shipping name and address required to verify payment and fulfil the order. PayPal collects payment details directly; we do not receive your card number or PayPal password.
Why we use it
We use order information to prepare and verify payments, deliver products, provide support, handle returns and warranty requests, prevent payment errors, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Information you send by email is used to answer your request and manage the associated order or support issue.
Website enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we store your company, name, business email, market, selected model, evaluation requirements, source labels, submission time and reference in our Cloudflare database. We use this information to review and answer your request. It is accessible only to authorized AITER operators. An accepted enquiry is not an order or a promise to supply. Please do not submit patient or payment information. For spam prevention, a secret-signed network identifier expires after 24 hours and is removed during subsequent submission processing; the raw IP address is not stored in our enquiry database. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion.
Providers and international processing
The website, order records and AI guide use Cloudflare services. PayPal processes payments. Customer emails sent to [email protected] are forwarded to our Gmail support inbox. Shipping information may be provided to the carrier for delivery. These services may process information outside your country; processing is subject to their own applicable privacy terms. Website statistics and campaign links
We count page views, product views, cart additions and checkout actions to understand how the store performs. Statistics contain the day, page path, model code, selected country and campaign labels. We do not store an IP address, email, name, payment detail or unique visitor identifier in this statistics table. These are interaction counts, not counts of unique people. Campaign labels from promotional links may be stored in your browser for up to 7 days and included with your order to identify the source of the sale. We respect browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track preferences for this optional measurement. You can clear campaign information in browser storage. Statistics use our existing Cloudflare service.
AI product guide
The AI guide sends your question and limited conversation context to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a product answer. Our application does not save chat conversations in the order database. Do not enter patient information, payment details, passwords or other sensitive personal information. Product and transaction information should be confirmed against the product page and your order record.
Retention and your choices
We retain order and support records as needed for fulfilment, returns, warranty, accounting and applicable legal obligations. You can clear saved cart information through your browser settings. Contact support to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information; some transaction records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.
